    If it feels like the right fit on both sides, we agree to move forward together. Expectations are confirmed, investment is outlined, and next steps are clearly defined before any work begins.

  • Once aligned, your Strategic Support Lead:

    • Defines the scope of support

    • Clarifies responsibilities and priorities

    • Selects the Virtual Associate best aligned with your workflow and needs

    You receive two levels of support:

    • Your Strategic Support Lead oversees the partnership, conducts check-ins, and ensures accountability for progress and results.

    • Your Virtual Associate manages day-to-day execution.
