Double You was launched by Erin Winkler, drawing on over a decade of firsthand experience supporting workforce initiatives, nonprofits, grant programs, and small businesses across Eastern Kentucky. This work has included managing projects, supporting leadership, and keeping operations moving in environments with limited resources and high expectations.
Double You was created in response to a common challenge. Work continues to build, but internal capacity does not always match it.
